Karen started her training at Collective Dance & Drama, then moved onto Songtime Theatre Arts, St Peters Players and Watford Operatic Society. Karen then went to Stella Mann School of Dance in London and graduated in 2001.

Karen has had great opportunity with St. Peters Players:
She started of in the chorus of "Jesus Christ Superstar" then moved on to play leads in "Sweeney Todd" as Johanna and "Children of Eden" as Eve. She can be seen in their next production, "Little Shop of Horrors", as Audrey.

Other theatre credits include Fruma Sarah in "Fiddler on the Roof", Queenie in "Honk", Grace Farrell in "Annie" and Graziella in "West Side Story".

Karen started her professional career as a Paris showgirl in "La Nouvelle Eve". Karen then went on to do Leatherhead's panto season in "Annie" Cast: 2003 - Fist cover: Grace Farrell / Ensemble / Dance Captain. 2004 started off with Karen playing the role of Mrs. Bell in "Fame". She then travelled to the island of Menorca where she could be seen touring with girl band "Strictly Girls".

On returning to the UK she had the opportunity to star as the "Dream Girl" in a semi - professional production of "Singing in the Rain" and for those of you who remember the film Karen recreated the famous role played buy Sid Sharis.

2005 was a very busy year for Karen as she went on tour with "All the Nice Girls Love a Sailor" - South Coast / Home Counties. Christmas found her as a showgirl again in Midnight at Monte Carlo (Vegas Review Show) - Reading.

T.V credits include BBC's Wall-to-Wall documentaries on Agatha Christie and Ian Flemming, Channel 5's "Family Affairs" and the "Harry & Kosh" series and "Billie: Girl from the Future". Karen continues her with work the BBC & Two Hats as a chaperone.

As a Choreographer, Karen is delighted to have been able to work on many shows including Sleeping Beauty the Pantomime - Bushey, Charlie & Algenona at The Maltings Theatre - St. Albans, Sweeney Todd at The James Theatre - Watford, Annie and Oliver at The Radlett Centre - Hertfordshire. She also had the chance to re-create another production of Annie at Richmond's stunning theatre, London.
